Job Description

Are you someone who takes pride in organization, safety, and keeping things running smoothly? At First Call Heating & Cooling, we’re looking for a dependable Shop & Fleet Support Technician to help maintain our fleet, equipment, and shop operations. This hands-on role is essential to ensuring our technicians and teams have the tools, vehicles, and support they need to deliver excellent service to our customers every day.Location: Oregon City, OR 97045

Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM - OT (nights and weekends) may be required
Compensation: $21 - $30/hr (DOE)

Position Summary:
The Shop & Fleet Support Technician plays a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and reliability of First Call Heating & Cooling’s operations. This position supports the upkeep of company vehicles, equipment, and facilities through hands-on maintenance, organization, and coordination. The ideal candidate is a dependable team player with strong mechanical aptitude who ensures the shop runs smoothly, the fleet stays operational, and all safety and maintenance standards are consistently met.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

Experience in shop operations or inventory management.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to drive and maneuver large vehicles.
Forklift experience (certification preferred).
Trackhoe experience a plus.
Strong work ethic with a commitment to safety.
Team-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
